No! We have limited open, unreserved parking available on a first-come, first-served basis, and street parking is not permitted at any time.
Yes! The Landing at Savannah West is recognized by The American Lung Association. Smoking is prohibited everywhere on the property, including in apartment homes, all amenities and everywhere outdoors.
We offer flexible lease terms ranging from 3 to 15 months. Lease terms shorter than 12 months are subject to a monthly short-term premium.
Residents are responsible for electricity, water, sewer & trash services. Water, sewer & trash are included in a monthly utility bundle, while electricity is billed based on usage and paid directly to Evergy.
